Cynthia Miller joined the firm in 2005 and leads Board Practice. With a deep understanding of the importance of strong and diverse boards and the effect it has on the growth and success of an organization, Cynthia’s hands-on approach has gained her a reputation as an excellent provider of board members in high profile organizations.

Cynthia possesses an exceptional ability to understand the client's needs as well as the character of the candidates. This ensures a match in experience and attributes, as well as organisational culture & vision between the candidate, and the organisation.

At Chase Edler she leads the efforts to locate and recruit chairpersons, executive and non-executive board members with the goal of revitalizing and strengthening the corporate governance of organisations. She has a proven track record of recruiting board members who lead the strategic oversight, set goals, and increase shareholder value.

Cynthia holds a degree in Business Management from King’s College London and has worked with board recruitment for over 20 years.
