Cynthia possesses an exceptional ability to understand the client's needs as well as the character of the candidates. This ensures a match in experience and attributes, as well as organisational culture & vision between the candidate and the organisation.
At Chase Edler she leads the efforts to locate and recruit chairpersons, executive and non-executive board members with the goal of revitalizing and strengthening the corporate governance of organisations. She has a proven track record of recruiting board members who lead the strategic oversight, set goals, and increase shareholder value.
Cynthia holds a degree in Business Management from King’s College London and has worked with board recruitment for over 20 years.
