Richard Chase is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Chase Edler.​
 

Richard has led Chase Edler’s international portfolio of exclusive executive services since the firm’s inception. With over 25 years of experience, Richard has shaped the firm, starting as a new, unknown company and blossoming into a leading boutique executive firm with a global reach.​

Richard possess a profound understanding of multitude of industries and has recruited for listed, multinational organisations. He leads the strategic direction of the firm with the conviction that delivering excellence requires knowledge;  Not only industry knowledge, but knowledge about people, clients and candidates alike. Their motivations and ambitions, their skills and potential.  This understanding, which enables him to deliver services based on trust, loyalty, expertise, confidentiality and discretion.

Leading the highly experienced senior team, Richard’s vision is that Chase Edler is not only an executive recruitment firm but also a trusted advisor to our clients, where the personal relationships and intimate understanding of their needs is the key to successful high-profile assignments and results.
 

Richard holds a degree in International Business and Management from the University of York. In addition to his background in executive recruitment, Richard has broad experience in consultancy roles and has worked with various leading, global companies.
